I have spent four years in B2C SaaS environments learning that the best customer support is not just empathy — it is empathy backed by genuine technical depth. At Brevo, I handle everything from REST API integration errors to SMTP deliverability failures and enterprise escalations, resolving most of them without passing them upstream.

Outside of work, I build. I built MockQuiz.in using Lovable — an AI-powered exam prep platform that started as a side project for my brother and grew into a live product with real organic users. I built a Flutter Android app in five days at work because it needed to exist. I run AI agents on Dust daily to make my own support workflows smarter.

I am currently studying Data Science at IIT Madras while working full time — a deliberate choice to go deeper on AI, not just use it on the surface.
